Beach trash converted into a spooktacular Halloween display
Every October, Scotian Shores creates a Halloween display made from beach garbage. This year's display has more trash than available space on the grass. The Weather Network reporter Nathan Coleman has the story.
Do any of your neighbours go "all out" with their Halloween decorations?
Well, unless you live next to Angela Riley, you haven't seen anything, yet.

The real horror, she says, is the amount of plastic floating in the ocean.
