These tiny invasive bugs are devastating hemlocks in Nova Scotia

You've probably heard of the phrase, "fight fire with fire".
Along that same line, the Canadian forest service plans to fight insects with other insects.
The hemlock wooly adelgid has been taking over since arriving in Nova Scotia, and with milder winters unable to reach the sustained cold temperatures that would kill them, prospects aren't looking good for the survival of the eastern hemlock plant in the province.
One of the 4-5 beetles called Laricobius nigrinus (Ashley Lamb).
Lucas Roscoe tells The Weather Network importation of several natural enemies described as small beetles similar to a ladybug could help, along with a group of fly species.
