PHOTOS: Tornado spotted north of Winnipeg
Tuesday evening was quite stormy in southeastern Manitoba where Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) confirmed a tornado. Visuals were captured and shared on social media.
It’s been back-to-back days of severe weather on the Prairies, with hail storms and tornadoes all caught on camera.
Tuesday evening was quite stormy in southeastern Manitoba, just north of Winnipeg, where tornado watches and warnings were issued. Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC) confirmed a tornado around 6:39 p.m. CDT near Netley, Man.

Tornado-warned storms hit parts of central and southern Alberta through the afternoon and evening on Monday bringing heavy rain, strong wind gusts and hail the size of grapefruits.
